Maddening madness

I would like to watch March Madness online. I am even happy to pay NCAA.com the $3.99 they want. But I am not currently in the US. Two questions: 1. If someone in the US purchased a pass for me and then gave me the log-in info, would it work for me to log in overseas? from overseas I am blocked when I try to purchase a pass. 2. Alternatively, if that is not possible, do I have any other options for watching March Madness? Google is proving surprisingly useless.

Best answer: Buy an account with a VPN provider that provides US based servers, which should be most of the major ones. VPN service will probably cost you $10 for a month. There are a bunch listed here - I can't vouch for anything as I've never used the service.

Best answer: I have used StrongVPN (I'm on an iPad right now and can't easily throw in a link but a quick Google search will turn them up) and they have relatively inexpensive service that was very fast and reliable. Moreover, they have pretty good chat-based tech support if you need it.
It'll also let you access US only services like Hulu!

Best answer: I use WiTopia for all my VPN needs and have no complaints. Similar issues tend to crop up for me surfing from Japan and the VPN service circumvents all that nicely.

Best answer: Use HotSpotShield and watch through cbssports.com. Free and easy.

Alternately, memail me for other alternatives.
