Good Cisco technical training (CCNA) in the Detroit area?
Looking for a course the week of 12-16 Dec, somewhere in the Detroit area.. Anyone with first-hand knowledge of technical training in SE Michigan?
Doing Google searches for CCNA training brings up dozens of paid-for ads, and it can take hours of searching to find things that are real.
I managed to find one group, giving a class during the week of 12-16 December, near Detroit Metro Airport. However, I got called last week, and told that they had to cancel the class, as I was the only one that had not backed out.
I’m travelling to the area for the holidays, visiting family. I’ve been given those 5 days for my class, and decided to roll the whole thing in my holiday visit back to the Midwest, allowing my company to save on hotel expenses and even airfare (as I was heading back anyway).
I am hoping to find professional trainers, with a class going on during that week. Alternatively, I would consider recorded/taped or even remote (via internet stream), but I would really prefer a class with an instructor (these options would have to include the ability to ask questions of someone, should the need arise). However, the real reason I’m asking here- I’m hoping to find some first- (or second-) recommendations from former students or other similar leads. Some of these outfits are fly-by-night orgs, looking to soak up cash and not really train. A proven record of having candidates successfully pass the CCNA exam is most helpful.
So, does anyone one of any technical trainers in the Detroit area? Or a CCNA course being offered during that week? Alternative suggestions are also welcome.
My thanks for your time!
