Help me find a site that combines "Top X Books" lists into a single list.

Does anyone know of a site like acclaimedmusic.net or theyshootpictures.com, but for books?
I'm looking for a website that takes those "Top 100 Books You Must Read" lists from a variety of sources and combines them into a single list. I'm sure such a thing must exist, but I haven't had any luck finding it.
