Best way to get tickets to a German Football Match from Overseas?

My Japanese coworker here in the US is trying to go see a football/soccer match... Borussia Dortmund vs. Schalke. I think it's the Bundesliga League?

He'd heard about getting tickets from Euroteam.info, but they don't seem to be the most reputable company. I did some digging online, but I didn't see anything on the Dortmund or Schalke sites that helped. (though it might help if I could actually read German)

Best answer: This is the official online ordering link (in German) from the BVB club site, and here's the contact details (in English) for the ticket office. If all your co-worker needs is match tickets, then I'd say the best option is to call the ticket office, see if someone speaks English, and place a booking over the phone to pick up tickets at the ground.

Best answer: It's sold out (German link). So you are looking at resold tickets. (The BVB ticket site suggests there are still tickets available, but a quick google shows they all went within hours. (I think not surprising given that it's the Revierderby. Only 30,000 or so individual tickets went up for sale. The other 50,000 are season tickets.)
