Can I script a Wacom Tablet command?

How can I trigger the "Display Toggle" for a Wacom tablet from the command line, an executable script, or by a keystroke combination?
The silly programmers at Wacom seemed to have forgotten to include "Display Toggle" as one of the options for the eraser. Fortunately they do allow Open/Run... and Keystroke...
One of those may be the salvation for my erasers short changed options.
I am using a Cintiq 18SX, so the only buttons I have to use are the three pen buttons and the rocker real estate is definitely taken.
I'm running the latest drivers as of 2011-02-09, Version 6.1.6-7 on XP.
