What was the name of this board game?

I'm trying to track down the name of a (very) dimly-remembered board game from the '70s or '80s.
It had something to do with hotels, and as I remember it the board consisted of a picture of a building with windows, which is where you'd place cards (drawn from a pile) with whimsical drawings of the guests. I've searched in vain under various names on BoardGameGeek.com. I'm afraid that's all I can remember, but if it rings a bell with anyone else my siblings and I will thank you!

Was it Race to the Roof? My cousins and I used to play that around 1990ish.

There's a game on Board Game Geeks called Hotel Life, too.
