No no, it goes "naaah-nah-nah, naaah-na-nah"

I bought a book with classic tabulatures fifteen years ago, lost it, and want to buy it again.

This is the only part I remember, and poorly.

I think it was part of a series — renaissance, baroque, etc — had a blue cover, came with a CD, and contained Ave Maria and a work by Paganini.

Hm. Does this sound like it might be the piece you remember?

Response by poster: It sounds like it's the same period — the even pace and tempo fits — but I don't think it's the same piece. (My version might have been very simplified though) I searched for Girolamo Kapsberger but didn't find any tab-books which matched my recollection.

So close, but no fancy dougnut.

I've definitely heard the piece you're playing. Maybe one of Sor's studies?

Not familiar with that book though.

Response by poster: Some of the Sor stuff does sound similar, thanks for the tip. I'll get someone more musical than I to play the thing and perhaps it'll be easier to match…
