[Moto journalist filter] What ever happened to Colin Schiller (founder and editor of the UK magazine Fast Bikes)?

I'm curious back in the 90s he made Fast Bikes an incredible magazine. It was the only magazine that didn't seem to pander to manufacturers and actually critiqued the bikes. When something was lacking they didn't hesitate to say so. They actually got banned from a couple of manufacturers press demo days because of their harsh criticism.

I know at the end of his run at Fast Bikes, he had to sell the magazine because it had become insolvent. Eventually he started a new magazine called Real & Proper Motorcycling (RPM) but I only saw 3 issues and they did not come out on a regular basis.

Any one have any idea what happened to him? Is he still working in the industry or (hopefully) editing another magazine?

Best answer: This suggests that he's now running Gorgeous Bikes - perhaps you could send an email to the contact address to find out?

Response by poster: Awesome! Thanks for finding that. The site totally looks like something he would set up, so I'm doubly sure that's correct.

I'm highly amused at the fact that that post went up shortly after I did my last real search at the end of August.
