Where can I take the Kolb LSI online for free?

Can I take the Kolb LSI online for free anywhere and get the results immediately?
I need to take the Kolb LSI for a course I'm taking. I've found the workbook online and a copy of the test questions online, but I haven't been able to find the score sheet that decodes your answers.
I've also seen the workbook which includes the test and score sheet online but it costs $25 and I'm trying to avoid paying it.
Help?
