Where can I buy pork-and-tofu brats?

A friend of mine once enjoyed pork-and-tofu brats. The flavor was wonderful. The only difference between standard brats and these was not getting the squirt of greese when you bite into them. But the company stopped making them. I'm looking for a good substitute.
Google has been unhelpful on this search. I've considered having a meat locker make 'em to order, but I'm not sure I need THAT much bratwurst at one time. I'd really rather buy a couple of packages.
