I have a GT Avalanche mountain bike I want to sell, but can't find any details on this specific model (price, description, etc)

Here's a picture: GT Avalanche 1.0

I bought it about 4-7 years ago I can't remember. It was listed at about 800 but I got it for like 650 I think.

I googled like crazy and can't find this exact model. You'll notice the bar bends, all the ones I find online has a straight bar. I think this is either a women's or smaller size. Some of the newer ones I found seem cheaper, less expensive. I think the one I got was a US made model, and after that they're made in China or something, but whatever it is, I'm trying to find out if there's something about this model in particular that makes it better quality than newer models.

If anyone can point me to a link of this model, or give me a rough selling price. Condition is great except it's starting to stick when shifting to the highest gear, probably from grease getting a little thick.

Thanks everyone--

I would just describe everything as best as you can. All the components and who makes them. Frame size and material. Wheel sizes and manufacturer. People will recognize the parts. I would list it for 500. You can always lower it the next week if no one is interested. I would also give it a good cleaning, it can only help.

What lee said, except be sure to get it tuned up before selling it. Signs of neglect (like not getting it tuned up) would make me seriously consider lowballing you. Get the wheels trued, drivetrain serviced, etc. Just like with a used car, any repairs that would need to be done will exponentially lower the price you'll get.

Also, read this, because anyone who isn't dumb will read it.
