Magic Chinese calligraphy paper

Where can I find practice sheets for a student of Chinese/Japanese calligraphy?

My girlfriend wants to learn/practice Chinese calligraphy. For Christmas I gave her a couple of books as well as the necessary tools.

One of the books includes a set of special sheets which have the stroke outlines and guides, which can help her learn the basic strokes for the different styles. The really neat thing about these sheets is that she can practice on them using just water, and no ink -- the paper is much darker when wet, and then it goes back to the original color when it is dry.

Does anyone know where I can get practice books with these sheets anywhere online in North America?

Also, if anyone knows where I can get Chinese calligraphy exercise books (regular paper would be fine), I'd greatly appreciate it. If you know of any that specialize on the official style (Li Shu, 隸書), you will have my eternal gratitude!
