I'm seeking the source of a quote cited in the Savannah Morning News. It begins :"The best news photographers - the ones who win the prizes - are paid to stand by the gates where love and death change places. They are told to walk into panics. They are sent into the center of catastrophes. They are asked to retrieve..."

For what it's worth, I come up with that quote in none of the big newspaper archives: Factiva (Dow Jones), Lexis-Nexis, ProQuest Historical Newspapers. Nor does it come up on a search of Amazon. This is one for the library.
