Looking for temporary tattoo kit of yesteryear

I'm looking to find a temporary tattoo kit that my dad had when I was a kid (15-20 years ago). It was in a round, metal container, maybe with a flower on the front. Inside were pre-made black outlines that you applied like regular temporary tattoos, but then there were little bottles of colored ink that you painted on to color them in. In the middle was a white powder that you applied after it had dried a little. I would love to find this (or something like it) but my googling has been fruitless.

Best answer: Temptu Temporary Tattoos I have the exact one you are describing (from about 10 years ago, I'm a packrat), I think I may have bought it from FlaxArt.
