Name that tune!

Please help identify this comic act and/or the specific song - it has been stuck in my head for ages and is driving me nuts! I saw this one afternoon on one of Comedy Central's ad nauseam stand-up showcase type shows. I have no idea what specific show it was - I was only half paying attention, and so I missed the name of the act. It was a musical group with a female singer, and they did a sort of risque, almost burlesque-style song about... well, weeners.
Here is the refrain:
"Even in my wildest dreams I never did imagine anything could ever be so big"
Interspersed are a number of humorous double entendres.
The double entendres take a a form similar to the following dialog section from Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me:
Basil: Did we get Dr. Evil?
Radar Operator: No, sir, he got away in that big spaceship that looks like a huge...
Teacher: Penis. The male reproductive organ. Also known as tallywhacker, schlong, or...
Friendly Dad: Wiener? Any of your kids want another wiener?
Friendly Son: Dad, what's that?
Friendly Dad: I don't know, son, but it has great big...
Peanut Vendor: Nuts. Hot, salty nuts. Who wants some?...
Peanut Vendor: Lord Almighty!

Circus Barker: ONE-EYED MONSTER. Step right up and see the One-eyed Monster!

(By the way, is there a specific name for this sort of dialog?)
If anyone can identify either the artist(s) or the name of the song, I would be most grateful indeed, and might even get it out of my head.

As for the dialogue, a variety show I watched as a kid did a segment called "tuning the radio" where they would change radio stations to form sentences and therefore a story.
Perhaps the style is called "tuning the radio"?

Crap. I've seen that show. It was one woman fronting a two or three member combo, who always called her "mistress" and responded to her questions in unison monotone.
You saw it on Premium Blend, and my google-fu is not helping me.

They are fronted by 2 women who usually sing funny and risque songs about boys etc. I think one of them is actually a producer for comedy central as well.
