How do I become a morning person?
I can't seem to get out of bed before I absolutely have to (or later). When I
do get up early, I really enjoy taking the extra time to ease into the day, but I just can't seem to make a habit of it.
Early risers: what's the rush to get out of a warm, cozy bed?

Real answer: Daily exercise helps regulate your sleep cycle.
