Combining .rm files on OS X?

Combining .rm files on OS X? I have a bunch of Real Video files and I want to join them together. I wouldn't mind if they ended up in Quicktime, either.

I don't know about the concatenation, but beware of converting from one lossy format to another, especially if the source format is something as lossy as real video: The result file will either have to be much larger than the original(s), or there will be a loss of quality.
