Help me save my vacation! (Laptop trouble in Israel)

I am telecommuting from Israel for the first half of an extended vacation. Trouble is, my laptop just died. Need some help from a MeFite in the area. Details inside.

My laptop runs encryption software called "PointSec" which runs at bootup. When this software gets corrupted, Windows won't boot and there's no way to bypass it. I have software called "Pointsec Recovery Utility" which I have downloaded onto a USB flash drive. The software claims to run from USB or floppy, but the USB version isn't working, so I want to try it from a floppy.

I need to find a MeFite willing to lend me a computer, USB floppy drive and 1 floppy disk for about 15 minutes. I will load the software on the floppy using your computer, boot my laptop using the floppy, and (hopefully) fix the problem and be on my way.

I am located in Jerusalem, in the German Colony (HaMelitz St. right off Emek Refaim) I do not have a car available but I can grab a taxi to anywhere reasonably close.

Alternately, I'd appreciate directions to a good Internet cafe or repair shop that could help me out. There's a little place that calls itself an Internet Cafe on Emek Refaim but they can't help me.

Thanks!
