If you had 12 months to live, *realistically* what would you do with your remaining time?

Say that you go for a blood test and the doc said you have around 12 months left to live a comfortable life, then progress into a slow, painful death. Based on Randy Pausch's Last Lecture: http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~pausch/news/index.html he has no real goal other than living a normal life, although his lecture certianly has left a huge impact both on the well and non-well community. Some of us here are faced with this very question, some with more time than others, some with less. We all want to seem to make an impact, so that we ostensibly can even our life debts. What would you honestly do, other than spend more time with your families?
