How can I find replacement audio for Kanzen Master: Kanji 2 Kyu?

I'm studying for the JLPT, but I lost my Kanzen Master: Kanji 2 Kyu CD. Can you help?

I've got this book: Kanzen Masutaa Kanji: Nihongo Nouryoku Shiken 2 kyu Reberu
It's the blue one in the Kanzen Master series.

Somehow, the CD that came with it has disappeared. I assume it slipped out of the little holder and was left behind somewhere. I probably lost it over a year ago (the last time I picked up this particular book), so there's not much hope of finding it. I need another copy, but they don't sell the CD separate from the book, and it seems a waste to get the same book twice. I know it's a long shot, but if anybody has the same book and is willing to send super-low-quality mp3, could you please get in touch? My contact info is in my profile. Thanks!

Have you tried craigslist or some other relevent local listings site where someone could mail you a physical copy? Alternatively you could try contacting the publisher and asking if they could send you just the CD (I've done this with software publishers when I've lost discs out of a series, and they've sent me stuff free of charge).
