Physical touch, an unsolicited hug, a soulful kiss

Am I the only one that appreciates and needs an unsolicited hug and a soulful kiss as an integral part of a relationship, and not just on "special" occasions? Why can't I find someone who "gets it", rather than just talks about it or dreams about it or acts like its a fantasy and not capable of reality? And this question comes from a 57 year old, 2 marriages under his belt, PhD and licensed professional for decades who deals with real folks...why does it seem so difficult to find those who are not afraid to openly express their feelings by simple physical touch, whether it's a grasp of a hand, a hug or a spontaneous kiss? Have those in their 40s and 50s forgotton or did they ever learn? I think this is where I'm suppose to put, "Signed, frustrated...", but you get the drift...

Maybe it's a generational thing. My parents have never actually touched each other in my sight and have been perfectly happy together for 45 years. People my age are far more physically affectionate.
