Is this over the counter stimulant safe?

Bought legal stimulants online, works wonders, but I'm afraid it might be taking a toll on my heart. Or maybe I'm just paranoid. Help me decide if this drug is dangerous or not.

I've been using a legal stimulant I bought over the internet. It works really well, and not just caffeine/energy drink well, more like prescription drug well.
Problems is I have a feeling it is taking a toll on my heart, and I don't know if I should keep taking it.

Doctors, science nerds, whatever, please scrutinize this product.
Here is the product's website:

This post was deleted for the following reason: Dodgy question that looks like an ad for a dodgy internet drug site.

not going to click through to a product, what is the drug? Product name and generic name, rate of usage and dosage (in mg) ?
I would imagine any overuse of drugs is bad, physically and psychologically. Talk to your doctor, or even a pharmacist if you have concerns. Heck do some independent googling and see what people are saying. The even have nifty drug effect sites with all sorts of side effects listed.

This is a suspicious question to start your meta-existence with.
