Man chow?

Is there a human equivalent of dog food?
Fairly self explanatory, I think... Dog food is formulated to have the right amount of calories, protein, fat, grains, and other nutrients dogs neet to stay healthy. Well, the good dog foods, at least.
Is there a similar food product for humans, that we could eat in precise doses and be perfectly nourished? If no, why not?

This post was deleted for the following reason: this was just asked in october
How about a healthy cereal? Many of them contain large amounts of vitamins, etc. I guess you could even mix up some protein powder with your milk, and then you'd get more protein.

All I can think of is a well-built sandwich. Or nutrition bar. But I am not a nutritionist.
