Which city will be the 3rd to be nuked?

Given that people will blow people up however the can : Who'll be the next?

My real guess is Jerusalem; I've got money on Mecca too, but only assuming some rich American businessman who bought old soviet nukes as colelcter's items has a kid get killed.
