Who is more of an asshole?
In the Bud Light commercials on right now in Canada (maybe other parts of the world too, I don't know), who seems like more of an asshole:
the guy that's not in the band, but is just backstage for the Bud Light?
or,
the guy who is engaged, but just doing speed dating for the Bud Light?
Obviously, a bet is riding on this.

This post was deleted for the following reason: you're polling the audience for their opinion, not answers
I always thought of assholery as more of an on-off property: either you have it or you don't.

Engaged guy is worse. Todd Schlissler is just crafty.

The engaged guy.

Engaged guy, for two reasons:
1) he's sort of cheating on his fiance, and
2) he's misleading people he's speed dating.
There's little ethically wrong with the guy backstage (at worst, petty theft). I think most people would rank lying and deception above theft on the asshole scale.

you mean the guy who gets hit on by the starfuckers and golddiggers? does he capitalize on their attempts? does he state anything but the truth to them? I don't find anything objectionable in his behaviour. alas, that might just be me.
haven't seen the engaged guy.

Response by poster: So does anyone want to make the other argument?
(I'm winning this bet by so much that it isn't fun any more. The person with whom I have this bet, we'll call her Sweet Girl, upon hearing the results so far, looks at me, and says, "oh, it's too hard to explain.")

I'll vote for the backstage guy if Sweet Girl will give me a Bud Light. (Just kidding, my vote isn't for sale for anything less than Heineken)

So hold on... Sweet Girl is saying that Backstage Guy is less morally reprehensible than Engaged Guy?
I will never understand women--I thought this one was a no-brainer.
