How many to a Team at Edinburgh Castle Pub Quiz?

We'd like to play pub quiz at Edinburgh Castle Pub in San Francisco, but we need to know how many people are on a team so we can plan properly. Does anyone know whow many players they allow on a team? Thanks.

Best answer: You can have as many as you like. I personally find it gets unweildy with more than six or so, but there's no upper limit. Teams smaller than four get a special "Peewee" consideration and scoring.

Actually, the larger issue is finding a table (or floor space) big enough for your group. There's one huge group that comes almost every week that monopolizes the one large table.

(Also, couldn't you have just called the bar for this?)

I'm right down the street, ping if you need more people for your team.

I've been calling and calling, and there was no answer yesterday or today. Thanks for knowing!

Possibly because they don't open for another hour.

At that point, the plan was not even a glimmer in our eyes! But I'm happy to treport that "Oh! The huge manatee! (nyc)" was victorious.
