Productivity app for Macbook

There are a lot, and I'm looking for one that does these specific things: (1) Blocks websites with whitelist/blacklist functionality, (2) Blocks specified applications, (3) Lets me set daily time limits for specified websites, (4) Can be quit in case of emergency or change of plans. I would prefer one that can be purchased outright instead of requiring a subscription, but that's flexible.
Response by poster: I'm looking specifically for productivity apps with the features I described. Screen Time only does some of it. I could combine it with an app but it would be much more convenient if everything is in one place.

Best answer: I'm pretty sure that Freedom will do all of these things. Numbers 1 and 2 are native. #3 is via a browser extension of theirs. You can do a free trial then purchase their 'forever' plan if you don't want to subscribe. (and wait a bit to subscribe after your trial runs out, and they'll probably send you a discount. I bought their forever plan, and I think it was discounted. Well worth it.)
