Publicizing a virtual appearance by a comic book creator?

A multi-award winning comic book creator will be a live guest in about a week on a show I work on. It is held on Zoom/Youtube and in AltspaceVR, with audience participation. Where can I publicize this?

I have posted in the FB group for the newspaper comic strip he writes, and will post in the general Reddit comics sub. Also have posted in the AltspaceVR discord.
There may be a small budget for advertising.
I am not into comics so I am unfamiliar with the other forums, influencers, podcasters, etc. Looking for suggestions on where to post and who to contact.

Best answer: Assuming this is in the US I'd reach out to the folks at the Graphic Novels and Comics Round Table of the American Library Association maybe via their twitter or a contact address because they could get the event around to their people.

Will the creator post it on their FB/social media page? That's how I learn about stuff like this, as I follow social media accounts of creators I like.

I'd also search for specific subreddits, and post there if they exist - eg. a subreddit for the artist, for the comic strip, for the awards the creator won...

If they have a publisher (and not just the newspaper company), I'd reach out to their PR.
