hoping against hope: keyword phone spam filter

I have an iPhone. I very much need to block all messages containing a certain word. Is there some utility or spell or something I can do?

my phone # that I've had for decades has somehow been published in connection with something I have no connection to. The resulting texts are nonstop. Of course they go to the "unknown #" inbox but that doesn't help me with the constant notifications etc (and no I can't turn those off, I have children, most unknown notices I get are in connection with them from their schools drs programs etc etc etc.) All the unwanted notices have a word in common.

Can I somehow block any texts with this word from ever coming through? I'm at my wits' end. Getting a new # is not an option for a few reasons and wouldn't help me avoid another situation like this anyway.

Best answer: android can block phrases natively, so there's always the alternative to switch your phone to an android and then you could do this in settings if you're really at wits end.

VeroSMS looks like an app for iphone that might be able to do this?

Best answer: I recently started using the app TextKiller. They have general AI based spam blocking, but also allow you to specify keywords.

Best answer: I use an app called Bouncer that can filter text messages based on keywords and other criteria.
