Help me remember an early internet cartoon art site

20-ish years ago, I used to visit a page where a cartoon artist would draw a picture regularly, maybe daily, based on a prompt someone submitted.
The art style was flat, 2D and in my memory often included robots.
Do you remember this site? It is surprisingly un-googleable for me.
