Mental Illness or Evil Narcissist?

Last weekend my mother-in-law visited. Whenever she visits I really don't know whether to laugh or cry. Is she suffering from an undiagnosed mental illness, or is she really this evil narcissist?

Her behavior is so disturbing and bizarre that I really don't know what to think about this woman. She's the ideal candidate for being on the Dr. Phil Show!

Here's a summary of the experiences my fiancee and I have had with her over the last 4 years, with an explanation that she has either told my fiancee or both of us...

-- At various times she has called me a 'drug dealer' (explanation: apparently wearing a silver or gold chain is indicative of being a thug...?), a 'drug addict' (explanation: apparently having acne is something heroin and cocaine addicts experience...?), a 'Native American welfare bum' (explanation: I live in an area of the country with many Aboriginal people, although I am not myself Aboriginal nor am I from this area of the country).

-- She once threatened to have me arrested for terrorism (explanation: because I have an interest in politics and have participated in public demonstrations, and because my fiancee did not respond to her mom's texts/emails/calls for two or three weeks, she thought I was planning a large-scale terrorist attack...?)

-- Earlier this year she accused me of infecting my fiancee with an STD over the phone while I was having lunch with my fiancee (explanation: my fiancee is having issues with her gums and is seeing a periodontist...?)

-- She has demanded our banking and financial information as well as that of some of my relatives, such as my mom.

-- Last weekend she wanted to know if my fiancee and I have had or have anal sex.

-- We've been engaged for almost five years, and yet every single time she visits, my mother-in-law asks my fiancee "what kind of relationship" her and I have, as if she doesn't know what it means to be engaged.

That is a short list of her disturbing and bizarre behavior over the last 4-5 years. All of this is documented in saved texts, emails, etc.

What is this about??

My mother-in-law, who is a retired teacher in her mid-60s, actually travelled across the country for a 2-3 day visit last weekend, and during said visit wanted to know if we've had anal sex?????

My mother-in-law, who was married for more than 30 years, feels the need to ask...every...single...visit what kind of relationship my fiancee and I have when we have been engaged for almost 5 years??????
