What is This Tide Pool Creature?

Found a blobby creature in a tide pool near Bellingham, WA and would like to know what it is!

I immediately assumed a jellyfish but it had a pointy side (head?) and wasn't totally round, having jelly protrusions sticking out from it. Also it seemed pretty vein-y and the tentacles are thicker than I've seen on jellyfish in the aquarium. If it's a jellyfish, confirmation of that and/or which type would be appreciated too. Thanks in advance!

Looks like some kind of tunicate maybe? I have taken multiple invert classes, but much has disappeared in the last decade or so...

It looks like it could be a nudibranch. I live on the West Coast of Canada, so very near Bellingham, WA., and have never actually seen any of these, but I've heard of them. I've seen pictures, and the most photographed ones have interesting colours on them as well, but this looks like it could be a plain one.
