User-friendly DBT

Can anyone recommend a plain-language (yet not insulting), *engaging* DBT resource for someone who’s smart and insightful, but not academically inclined or into reading, and who isn’t likely to use an app? Videos (20-30 minutes max at a time) would probably be best. Something with non-shaming language, please, with a hopeful message. It would be amazing to hear about resources that explicitly speak to men in particular.

*MOST* ideal if it could speak to men in midlife, but this isn’t required.

Ideally, it would be a resource that employs a contemporary understanding of BPD (focusing on patterns and room for change vs “traits” or limiting prognoses etc.).

I think videos would probably work best, but books achieving what I described would be fine, too.

I’ve seen shorthand “index card” type flowcharts online, but I think more context and guidance than that is needed. Linehan’s book, which has been recommended, would be overwhelming, I think.
