Like it says on the tin. Where can I get both rechargeable A23 12v batteries, and a device that will actually recharge them.

My google-fu has failed me. Maybe yours is better. Must ship to Australia.
This is a link to non-rechargeable ones in case it helps you to help me! Thank you

Best answer: I don't think they exist. A23 is a high voltage, low power battery package made up of 8 stacked 1.5v button cells. These usually aren't rechargeable. What are you powering, and do you have access to AC where you're using it? It might be easier to just get a universal wall-wart transformer and rig that up.

Response by poster: They're for use with a couple of remote controls for ceiling fans with a light throughout the house. Their batteries seem to run out quickly so i was hoping there was a re-chargeable version. Seems like maybe not!

Best answer: Heh. I have the same issue with A23s for the exact same reason. Even with the fans off, the batteries seem to drain crazy fast. Anyway, there definitely aren't rechargeable options for the A23.

Best answer: A23s are designed for very short duration use, almost exclusively in RF remote fobs. Check that none of the buttons on the ceiling fan remotes are sticking: that will drain one of these down to nothing very quickly.

They're also really susceptible to contact corrosion and just being awkward expensive little bastards.
