What flower is this?

Purple flower at the top of a bare stalk growing out of a succulent-type base. Pic. Google photo ID says purple hollyhock or California rose but neither seems right, and I can't find any photos showing base+stalk+flower all at the same time to confirm.

Response by poster: Wow, that was quick! Spot on, primalux and doreh-oh. I'm going to call it rock purslane since that's the easiest to remember.

Response by poster: But I can't resist jazz time jade either. Ok, both I'll call it.
