Attending University for 4-6 years earning a Bachelors Degree means you done your job and have a good education to be competitive and have a good well round education however let's face it some people end up underemployed ( working at McDonald's, Jack in the Box Cashier, Staples Retail Associate etc)
Why do some College Grads end up working in retail or fast food?
Most people who attend universities want to get a Full Time job better than a McDonalds Cashier or Retail Associate.
My question today is how college grads end up in these kinds of situation.
Even thou a college degree doesn't guarantee you a job, most people I believe should be able to do better than working at McDonalds
In your opinion why do some college grads end up very underemployed after graduating college?
