DVD commentaries

What DVDs do you feel have particularly insightful commentary?

I really like listening to DVD commentary tracks, so long as the creators have actual insight into the film's production. However, a lot of them are simply vapid fluff pieces; excuses for the stars to fellate each other. So what DVD releases do you think feature great commentary tracks?

Second place; Supersize Me has the comentary that Bowling for Columbine should have had.
