Photographs so good, they belong in a museum or gallery but aren't.

A photographic art gallery is looking for portfolios and websites from underrepresented photographers. Maybe you can help.
Do you know of a living photographer who has a body of work, but for whatever reason, somehow hasn't been able to emerge, or has limited means of reaching an audience? Are you an educator that has a shortlist of photographers whom you feel should be getting more attention? Are any of them your own students? Does your talented friend, colleague or family member happen to have a nice photography portfolio? Do you love photography and happen to know some photographers who meet this criteria? If so, and they have a website, instagram, or suitable online presence, we would like the chance to simply view their work.
Special attention should be given to photographers from underrepresented groups.
Here is what we do not want: Photographers featured in magazines like Lens Culture, New York Times Magazine, Aperture, Lens Work, etc., are typically too established to meet this criteria. And this is definitely not the scenario for answers like Robert Frank, Gary Winogrand, Callahan, Stieglitz, Minor White, Meatyard, Your Favorite Famous Photographer, et al.
Additionally, this question should not be confined to the notions of fine art, but please refrain from posting links to wedding, family and vacation photographs.
Please, and absolutely, don't be thrown by the notions of what is/may be defined as fine art. Doing so, risks selling many photographers short. After all, we would really like the chance to view the work. So yeah, this is your chance to drop some links, self promote.
Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
