What causes of hypercoaguable states cause thrombus formation in arteries alone and both arteries and veins?

Arteries and veins is an easy - and relatively short - list:
Anti-phospholipid syndrome
Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria
Heparin Induced Thrombocytopenia and Thrombosis
Some would argue IBD as well.

Pure arterial syndromes I am less sure
