Can you define Post Capitalism?

Can anyone out there help me out with a few definitions of post capitalism? Even if you don't have a clue what it is if you could have a go, even off the top of your head at defining it that would be amazing. I'm writing a short review on a talk by Paul Mason, author of Post Capitalism: A guide to our future and would love a public perspective on what post capitalism is.
Answers any length are a help, shorter answers might be best. Big love to brevity.
