White Fragility?

Where is that article / blog post that showed up on the Blue ages ago regarding the pain that white dudes experience when when realizing their structural privilege and how social justice folks need to keep in mind that the pain is real, acknowledge it, and redirect it, etc.?
TL;dr : looking for empathetic article about white dude fragility.
