Handmade vs. Quantity Produced Cowbells

There is a company in the Bronx called JCR Percussion. They make cowbells by hand and have a good reputation for the instruments that they produce. Why aren't their prices higher?
Their products can be purchased at a retailer here. Notice that the highest priced cowbell is $37. The cowbells are created in this environment.
You could compare their products to the mass produced, more expensive cowbells featured here. The handmade JCR percussion cowbells seem to be more highly regarded and cheaper.
Why does this discrepancy exist? Why doesn't everyone buy a JCR percussion cowbell, driving up their price? Is Caly Rivera just losing money on purpose to give lower income people access to badass cowbells?
