A Problem, a Good Problem, or No Problem at All

Hello all, I weigh between 97-99 lbs I would like to drop two lbs, maybe three. My bro is getting married. I am trying. I am 35 years old, 5 ft tall. I'm sober, don't drink soda, do cardio for 1 hour per day, every day. Lift weights 2-3 times a week. What am I doing wrong? Nutritionist, naturopaths, osteopaths, and all others with an opinion, GO! Snowflakes inside.

My stomach is a bit out of wack because of constipation and pain. I am being followed by a doctor.
My fitbit tells me I don't eat enough.
I hardly ever eat any processed foods.
I eat the lowest amount of sugar possible, most of that sugar is from fruits or the Fage yogurt I eat. I hardly use any of the jam that comes on the side.
I like my carbs, knowing that most of those carbs are of the gluten free variety.
I eat nuts, too.
I enjoy nut butters
I don't get enough sleep.
