Can you help with my thesis on early childhood teacher well-being?

I'm writing a master's thesis on caregiving patterns and self-reported job stress and burnout in early childhood educators. I need teachers who work full-time (30+ hours/week) with children aged birth-5 to take my survey. There is almost no literature on early childhood teacher well-being, and I'm trying to fill the gap in what I think is an extremely important area of research.

In the US alone, over 6 million children under the age of 4 spend an average of 35 hours a week in center-based childcare. While they are in care, they are looked after by a population of (98%) women who are paid less than the average dog trainer, and who face a variety of stressors independent of their work. Teachers receive little if any mental health support, although a body of research supports the positive benefits of mental health consultation for both teachers and families in early childhood environments. The goal of my research is to provide initial results showing that infant/toddler and preschool/pre-k teachers are deeply devoted to their work, have meaningful relationships with children, but are also in need of more support than they currently receive.

About me: My name is Britta, and I'm getting a Master's Degree in Infant Mental Health at Mills College in Oakland, CA. I was a two's/preschool teacher myself for 5 years, so I know what it's like to do the work every day. Given my social position (white, upper-middle class), however, I was able to just walk away from that job when I burned out. Many women are not so privileged and remain in these jobs for years and years because it provides income and requires minimal formal training.

About the survey: All participants need to do is take a 20-30 minute questionnaire (148 questions, all of which are radio-button multiple-choice) that's completely anonymous. The questions ask about daily experiences, feelings and thoughts about the work and relationships with kids and coworkers.

I would be extremely grateful for any signal-boosts or participation! The link to my survey is www.surveymonkey.com/s/teacherwellbeing

Thank you!
