Help me locate my Garmin Forerunner 305

A few months back, my house was burglarized. One of the many things they stole was my Garmin Forerunner 305. Please help me find it and bust my ex thieving landlords.
Brief back story: I was renting a condo from a couple. My 1 year lease was up and I was just month to month at this point. I got engaged and the plan was to move into my fiancé's house since he owns his home. I sent an email to the landlords stating when my move out date would be and they acknowledged. (>30 days) I fell ill a few weeks prior to moving and was hospitalized. After discharge, I had been staying at my fiancé's house but on "move out day" we rented a U-Haul and headed over to the condo, only to find that everything in my condo had been moved and gone through and there was about $8000 worth of stuff missing. We called the police, who came out but did not even make a report. I feel this was because the male landlord is a police officer in the same county and they were his "friends". Initially upon confronting them, (that same day) they admitted to taking my things. The male (police officer landlord) told me they would return my belongings. After we had moved everything out of the condo, I was told by his wife that they didn't take my things. I made a list of everything missing and one of the items was my Garmin Forerunner. I had only had it a few months, but I know that I had registered it and had it all set up with my computer and the Garmin Connect website. Hopeful that I might locate the Garmin via GPS, I went to the website. All of my workouts are listed, but apparently Garmin has revamped the site and now all I can see on the website are the routes of my runs & my vital signs during said runs. The place where the serial number should be is blank and the "Locate my Garmin" doesn't have my 305 listed. There HAS to be a way to retrieve this info and catch them. Help? I am in Tennessee.
