Do house-cats get high?

I am wondering if house-hold kitty cats can get loaded i.e. high. People give their dogs alcohol in the water dish which the dogs drink and then get weird. Cats won't drink water tainted with alcohol. If you blow marijuana into a cats face they try to get away but if you force a cat to inhale marijuana smoke they then start acting weird. Is it the smoke or is it the weed?
