Need help with public health education decisions

Hi- I'm current at public health undergrad at my local community college. I'm considering a masters in public health with a specialization in Epidemiology or infectious disease. With my current internship committment as well as the fact I have to work I do have to pursue my education online. So my question is two fold. 1- Should I puruse my education online, if so, what are the top 5 choices in doing so? 2- What would be the best areas within public health to pursue? I found this list of specializations (http://example.com/15-awesome-specializations-within-public-health/)which was helpful but deciding where the best job opportunities lie is a toss up, help!
