Where does a start-up team come together?

A consultant has reached out to me to bring my own team into a paid three-month FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) incubator program in London. I really would like to say yes but I don't have the team yet. I am basically the fundraising, partnership and sales manager and finding funds has not been the problem, but finding investors who also want to work is difficult in this economy. For FMCG I am thinking food service, something that could take on Sodexho and have a highly reputable mixed-use social enterprise. Where would one go to advertise this kind of opportunity? What would one look for from applicants? Feel free to send me a message if you want to talk privately.
