How can I help a suicidal twitter contact I don't know in real life?

Half an hour ago Nai_Calus tweeted "Gonna finish off these 50ml bottles of various crap in the fridge, then take all my Prozac, Trazodone, mom's hydrocodone/acetaminophen, her" "blood pressure medication and finish it off with more vodka until I pass out, with some bleeding thrown in for good measure, I like blood." and I'm scared that he will do it, as he has been in hospital from a suicide attempt before, at the end of March. I really don't know what to do, he is still around as he tweeted someone else that he is still getting drunk enough to do it.

What I know about him:
https://xcancel.com/#!/Nai_Calus/media/slideshow?url=pic.twitter.com%2FMB6qIJZC shows a real name of Shawna H. Woodall, (He is FTM).

He has in past mentioned living in Sonora, CA, and California several times.

His other account, IanKunX lists the location as Louisville, but there isn't one of those near Sonora.

Both of those were pointed out to me by someone else; I'm frankly panicking too much to think straight.

I know MeFi has rules against finding a specific person, but I don't want to know his specific location, just for someone to contact help in his region, and I really don't know how to go about doing it.

Response by poster: Filed, I hope there is someone manning that account right now and they don't take a few days to see it, as the message claims.

He is mentioning Louisville again, but there is no Louisville, CA on google maps. His spelling is getting worse, probably as he is drinking heavily. Is there anything else I can do? Can I check if his photos were geotagged? I downloaded some and tried looking at the properties, and didn't see anything, even a camera model.

Response by poster: @liketitanic: No idea.
@Burhanistan: People are asking, I'm watching the answers. Two others have tried to get his location out of him. Mentions of Kentucky from one of his other followers.

Response by poster: @Liketitanic; That matches his last couple of tweets, which appear to agree with Kentucky. How on earth can I use that? I can phone someone if I have to, but have no idea who.

Surely someone who knows him IRL follows him on Twitter? Maybe start direct messaging all his Twitter contacts?

If you call the Louisville Police Department, they may have ways of finding him. In my city the police can instantly search for whether a person has utilities registered in their name. They may also check for any recent traffic tickets that would give a clue to an address.

Best answer: The non-emergency number for the Louisville, KY, police department is 502-574-7111. If you call and explain the situation to them with everything you know, then you might be able to get someone to track her down for a wellness check. If they can't help, they might be able to tell you who you can call.

Response by poster: The hospital can't help since she has been released. Will try the police department.
