Where should I eat and drink in Hong Kong during the weekend?

I'm in Hong Kong for work for the next three nights. Help me brainstorm some good restaurants and things to do.

So I've been to Hong Kong a couple times already.

I've been up to Victoria Peak.
I've had dim sum and fresh seafood.
I've gone to the bird markets.
I've seen a Shanghai opera at the cultural center at the waterfront.
I've been to the Hong Kong history museum.

I will get to the Langham hotel in Kowloon in approximately 1.5 hours.

1. What are some good bars to go to?
2. Does anyone want to hang out tonight, tomorrow night, or Sunday?
3. What are some restaurants I must eat at? Budget is flexible.
4. What are some good clothing stores for a slim guy? I'm already planning to check out Uniqlo, but could use some more recommendations.

I enjoyed the tea museum and (free) aviary in Hong Kong Park.
